   README: add a "Hardware diagnostics (tools/)" section listing
   preflight, diagnose_axis, marlin_repl with one-line purpose; show
   the `eval $(... --export)` chain pattern in the quickstart;
   correct the misleading "real pipette I/O via tools/preflight.py"
   statement (preflight only probes); link docs/marlin-commands.md
   and docs/sbc-deployment.md from the Documentation index.
   
   CHANGELOG: backfill PR references (#30, #33, #35, #36, #37) on the
   [Unreleased] entries that were merged without them.
