1. chore(ci): remove redundant links-fail-fast workflow (#125)

   
   

   Replaced by the centralized lint-md-links.yml adopted from qte77/.github (which also handles markdownlint, not just link checks). Old workflow ran lychee on cron and PR-close with issue-creation on failure; new one is PR-blocking.
