Ascendix Launches AscendixRE AI Suite for CRM to Reduce Manual Work for Real Estate Brokers

DALLAS – Ascendix Technologies, a real estate technology and AI company with nearly three decades of industry experience, has released AscendixRE AI Suite for AscendixRE CRM. The add-on is available now to all AscendixRE subscribers as a separate paid add-on.

The product targets a problem brokers have lived with for years. Deal intelligence piles up in inboxes. CRM records fall behind because updating them requires time brokers do not have. Client documents get rebuilt from scratch even when the underlying data already exists in the system. AscendixRE AI Suite is built to handle all three automatically, without replacing the CRM brokers already rely on.

The suite introduces four distinct capabilities.

The AscendixRE Connector puts CRM data inside ChatGPT and Claude. Brokers can ask questions about their deals, pull up client history and make CRM updates directly from the AI tools they already have open (no need to switch applications).

Brokers forward any deal-related email to a dedicated Harvest address. The module automatically extracts contacts, property details and lease terms, then creates draft CRM records. Nothing is written to the system until the broker reviews and approves.

Agent responds to spoken or typed instructions, handling record creation, tour logging, deal stage updates and task setting from any device at any point in the day, while applying the firm’s own validation and sharing rules to every change.

Composer rounds out the suite by turning existing document templates into live outputs: a broker opens a branded BOV (broker opinion of value), comp report or listing activity report template and the document fills itself from the current state of the relevant CRM record.

No action in xRE AI Suite happens without a broker initiating it.
